OVERVIEW
Our project stems from our attraction to tastes. Cooking leads to love of food, to touching
and sharing... and to creativity. We are inspired
by this: our graphics room is like a kitchen where we want to touch the materials, experiment with the textures and share our questions and opinions.

While studying at ENSAD we started thinking about the practice of graphic design. Our environ-
ment was the starting point: the status of computers on our course, the way they condition and sometimes systematize our way of working and final patterns, the lack of dialogue with other departments in the college, and the consequent image of graphic design.

How is a graphic designer defined today?
Who does he talk to? What are his tools and skills? How much is time worth in his creative process? This project is an opportunity to open up to new methods, new techniques in graphic creation.
We focus on touch and dexterity in order
to “re-humanize” the practice of graphic design and to reconsider its link to the public, its nature and its ability to communicate through
the materials used.

TO TOUCH
From the project Broderies realized
in 1st year of Ensad (embroiding grids of Auzterlitz train station, boulevard Vincent Auriol Paris 13)
to textiles realized at SAIC of Chicago in "Fiber and Materials" departement.

TO TASTE
Like an host, a graphic designer have to know the best way to receive his guests. He knows them well in order to satisfy their desires, he works so as everybody spend a good time. He would know how to cook the recipe with the tastes that will touch, surprised and seduice his guests.

The meal is a symbol of sharing and generosity. The four o'clock time is for us unmistakable, it's a pretext for us to have a break and take time for exchanging with the other. We offer a four o'clock time snack to anyone who will visit us!
